    As the new MacBook has no usable ports for anything in this world, I had to buy this. It works greats. It is very sturdy, and you feel secure. it is not loose or anything. Very nice quality.

    Lost the option to insert DVD with the MacBook Pro. Had to get 2 pieces of equipment to use my computer for DVD. This worked just find with the disk reader.
