She was extremely excited to receive thebitem only to find out it did not eork! I am profoundly disturbed about this incident! Cannot fault Best Buy, therefore, ALL the blame falls on Apple!

Big disappointment

This sold as new however it surly had been bought and returned. Very disappointed as this was to be a promised gift.

Apple Ceramic Watch

We could never get the watch to complete Apple updates correctly. Best Buy was very good about the return. Tried for 2 weeks even contacting Apple but nothing seemed to work. Hopefully Apple comes out with a future version in the Ceramic case.

The series 3 not compatible with latest iPhones.

The most important issue is that the watch will not activate. If you have the latest iOS 15 on your iPhone, the apple series 3 will not recognized the latest iOS software on the iPhone. I tried many time pairing the watch and the iPhones and the message said on my iPhone "To update the software on your Apple Watch, you first need to update the software on your iPhone. Go to Software Update settings."
