The magnetic charging dock by Apple is a necessary accessory for the Apple Watch. It allows for the usage of night stand mode while the watch is docked and charging. It's cost though is more than double the price of the 0.3m charging cable.

Works great sitting beside your bed for nightly charges

Great every day charger for my Apple watch or iPhone. I use it on my night stand. It also charges my iPod nano with lightening cable. Getting ready to go on a trip and it will be perfect. It is very compact and functional.

Much easier to charge watch then included adapter.

I use my watch as an alarm clock at night and this is a perfect way to do that. It keeps the watch charged, when I take the watch the charger does not fall off of the table like the one that comes with the watch.

Charges as wanted and when using the alarm it helps cushion the vibrating on my glass nightstand. $80 is a little steep for a charger but does what wonted and convenient so worth it to me.

Pros: Uses lightning cable. Easily move to night stand, desktop or carry with you for travel. Felt bottom protect surfaces from being scratched. Can charge flat or rotate magnet up for nightstand mode. If you have after market band that collapses and doesn't open fully, this will work for you. Cons: pricey. Subject to showing dirt from use so keep hands clean.

A little expensive, but looks fantastic on my nightstand and gets the job done extremely well. If you can overlook the high price tag, you’ll find a product you love.

It was too expensive for what you get, but I love having the stand that holds my watch in nightstand mode. It is better than just putting it on the one that came with the watch.

Love this charger, super easy to use, very efficient in doing what it needs to do. Have it on my night stand so I can charge my Apple Watch nightly and double as an alarm clock.

As always with apple stuff works very well. Only downside is price, but that is apples doing not Best Buy’s doing.
