Good product for price. Easy to use. Great feature. I use the watch more than my phone.

First let me say the 3 stars rating is only for the band and the fact you can't get insurance for loss of this product like you used to be able to get with expensive Apple phones. The actual watch part of the product is fantastic and I loved it! I give the watch part 5 stars. The band and lack of available insurance for loss get 1 star, and so I settled on 3 stars for this review. Was casually swimming in a lake, and after checking it several times to make sure it was still there and working it was finally gone. All I did was swim. The lake was over 170' deep where I was so there was no way for me to try and recover it. I read many reviews about swimming with it before I even considered taking it in the water. My fault I guess for thinking it was okay and not trying it in a pool first, but after reading about it on Apple's website, on several other sites and reading the care part of the product guide I put my trust in Apple like I always have. Even the box the other sized band was in said "designed by athletes" on it, but I guess they weren't swimmers. Since this is an Apple/Nike product then maybe the fault is on the Nike side. Regardless, I had my watch for less than 2 weeks and now I'm out roughly $500. I saved my money, used gift certificates and reward certificates to get it and now it's gone. Will be a while before I can afford another one. I didn't get to try it, but I would say if you do swim with the watch it might be better with the Sport Loop instead. I guess you could change back to the Sport Band after swimming because the loop is fabric and will stay wet from everything I've read. I love Best Buy and I love Apple and I really liked my band for running and working out, but I wouldn't recommend swimming with this band. Maybe I'm just unlucky.

I pre lordered the day after the preorder went live. I selected pickup in store because I thought it would be quicker. My original pickup date was October 13. I got an update that said it would be ready for pickup on release date, awesome. Well on October 5th my order did not update so I called the store and was told the watch was tracked to a truck coming in that night and to expect an email that night or first thing in the morning. Fast forward to the next day and still nothing, so I went to the store. The guy helping me said he would see what they had in inventory. He came back and said we have it but for some reason it was put into store inventory instead of going to the pickup in store. I canceled my online order and purchased it then. But if I wouldn’t have gone to the store someone else could of bought the watch and I would have been waiting for months. So far the watch is great and I didn’t have any problems setting up the lte on Verizon, it took about 3 minutes to do. I won’t do anymore pickup in store orders but other than that I’m happy with the purchase.

I stopped wearing a watch years ago. What's the point? I have a phone that keeps perfect time. Now that I have the apple watch I feel naked without it. It's amazing. Track your calories, your heart rate, take calls, messages. You never miss anything!

This watch is a lifesaver. I often walk around my place and loose my phone. I also attend meetings where I leave my phone at my desk. The cell plus gps is amazing that I can call from my watch and not have to worry about them both being with me. last month i was at a hotel, left my phone charging in the room and the watch worked all over when I traveled around town! This is a must!

The ability to finally leave my phone behind during runs is fantastic. I can still stream music to Bluetooth headphones while having a run tracking app as well. Its been a long time coming and I am very pleased.

Battery life much greater than expected. Phone calls loud and clear. Have the Nike version and really appreciate the watch band, much cooler.

For those considering an Apple Watch, I highly recommend it if you work out often. Although I’m typically a big Apple fan, I originally went with a Fitbit Blaze to save money. Don’t get me wrong, the Blaze was okay, but it was limited in terms of apps and functions. The Blaze allows receive texts, calls, and emails but you can’t reply. The Fitbit app allows you to use your phone’s GPS whereas the Apple Watch has it built-in. The Blaze also tends to have issues connecting with your phone and always seems to need an update. I’ve had the Apple Watch for nearly a month and experienced no issues with software or connecting with my phone. The best feature of the cellular option is the freedom to leave your phone at home and still receive calls, texts, emails, notifications, etc. Also, my purchase was an “open-box” item, which means someone returned it for whatever reason. Don’t worry, it is vetted by the Geek squad before being resold. My item was practically brand new, wiped clean and zero blemishes. I ended up saving over $100. Lastly, there are so many apps and watch face customizations available to suit your needs. Overall, absolutely satisfied with this purchase.

I absolutely love my new Apple Watch Series 3 Nike. I love the fit and the way it looks on my arm. I’m so happy I made the purchase.

I recently switched over to Iphone due to my daughter and wife having iphones and wanted us all in one mobile eco system. I also wanted a better watch to replace my Gear S3. I can honestly say it just works better and I really do think Find Friends works better than other location service on android I've used. Apple is really good of making their products work without hardly any hiccup. I do not regret switching from Samsung Note 8 and Gear S3 even though they were amazing products and do rival apple. My only applewatch 3 negative for me personally is that screen is way smaller than what Gear S3 had for my old eyes. I really bought this watch to help me thru gps, fitness, automation, meditation, messaging phone calls, notifications etc. which Gear S3 didn't come close to what this watch can do. I love being able to control my smart thermostats and devices thru Siri. that being said i will most likely return it as i think applewatch 4 is a better alternative for me because of screen size.

I had one of these in the long purchase queue at Apple, not scheduled to arrive until November. Got a tip that Best Buy might have one, turns out Chicago Ridge was the only location with the model I wanted. So, I made the 90-minute drive there and back to get it. Well worth the effort. It allows me to make quick runs without my phone but still be in touch. Can also leave phone put away in my classroom (I’m a teacher) but still know who’s texting or calling :)

I don't have to keep my cell with me and I can talk into my watch like a power ranger now. Sending texts and photos is very easy, checking anything I would typically do with my phone and it simply connects to my headphones when at the gym. I no longer wear my Breitling, I wear this.

What can I say but amazing!!! I use this for my daily runs and works great with my Apple AirPods!

I had the series 2 watch and had said the only thing missing was cellular. Obviously when the 3 was announced I knew I would get it. Best idea ever! It is very easy and convenient to be able to make calls anywhere anytime even when you don’t have your phone on you.

I purchased a Series 1 Apple Watch when they first debuted. Returned it within a week. The new Series 3 watches are much faster, better features, and of course GPS and doesn’t require iPhone nearby at all times.
