Overall product was good. But the issue is with the battery life. Apple should work on battery life.

My old Apple Watch SE was fading (battery) when I decided to purchase a new one. I really liked the appearance of this new model. I liked the color combinations of the watch itself, its band, and it was on sale. I had never seen it's price so low before and didn't want to be without an Apple Watch. I liked the fact that this new SE had all the functions of the old one plus some new ones. It was important to me that it has the ability to sense if I had a bad fall or if I was in an auto accident. It can contact my iPhone to get help via 911...a good safety feature for anyone, especially seniors. It contacts me when my groceries are ready for pick up, keeps me updated on the weather conditions, etc. This Apple Watch has plenty of convenient features without being overloaded or complicated. I like the ease of use, simplicity of keeping it's software up to date and the variety of "apps" which come on it. What really sealed the deal was the sale price & the fact that the folks at my local Best Buy have always been very helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. The purchase was easy...on line through my local Best Buy & picking it up at my local pick up Best Buy store. The support for Apple products has always been excellent there. Love my new Apple SE Watch! Perfect!

The Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen is exactly what I needed. The design is sleek, the Lake Green Sport Loop is comfortable and lightweight, and the Starlight aluminum case looks premium. Some features may be missing, but for typical smartwatch needs it works perfectly. Especially for teenagers, the affordable price makes it very satisfying. Although it needs to be charged daily, a short charge during a shower is usually enough.

I got the watch for tracking exercise without having to keep my iPhone with me all the time--and I am more than pleased with how easy it is to manage. A bonus is the fall detection ability (haven't needed it, thank goodness, but glad it's there!). It is also nice to have notifications regarding texts, so that I am not tethered to the phone. My only negative is the 24 hour or less battery life--took a star off because of that.

It is pretty and the strap is very. Nice looking. Hope it has more durability than my previous one

Replaced Fitbit. It kept saying it needed to be charged when it stilll had a charge.

Perfect replacement for my wife's Apple Watch 3 which was short on memory and battery life.

Product is good except for the battery life. Loved the colour of the belt.

Best Buy offers the same deals (if not better) than other retailers -- which is great since i feel more confident with making a purchase here (rather than Amazon). I needed a new watch since my 1st Gen finally broke (after many years) and I am extremely happy with the 2nd Gen (the updates to the workout app is great, the display is amazing, battery life is much longer, etc). The color option is really great too -- Lake Green is more of a blue-green than olive green that i thought it looked more like online (which i am extremely happy about). Overall, very happy!

Came in brand new packaging exactly as pictured! Battery life is shorter than I expected but charges quickly. I am usually not a watch person but I love the color and feel of the band.

Enjoying my new watch. Learning about the many programs and “faces” available. Price was very reasonable. Band is very comfortable.

Id say for my 1st apple watch it is very nice! My phone is pretty cool too. My next purchase will be the airpods
