    Ordered my phone online, when opened the packaged I realized it had been tampered with during shipping, i opened the watch box and found that it had been removed during shipping. I needed a watch so I bought a second watch in the store. Filed noticed with Best Buy of the tampering, there customer service investigated the case and they refunded my purchase. Thank you Best Buy

    Great customer service from Best Buy did the curbside pick up and it was ready within an hour as promised. Battery life could be a little bit better other than that it’s a great product.
