    Works great, encourages me to exercise more. I mostly enjoy how it tracks my sleep and my sleep cycles and updates that information to my phone. You may need to get used to wearing it on both wrists and alternating or using lotions and stuff because it causes irritation wearing it daily all the time, probably trapped moisture and stuff from wearing it too tight
