    Batter dies so fast. Doesn’t even last a day before it had to be charged again. Hate the band it came with. Should have waited and got the newest version

    The first watch I bought was a dud. The heart rate tracker didn't work. I had to exchange it. Best Buy made it super easy to do.

    The watch is fine but I’d get it somewhere else. After promising overnight for a birthday delivery it was delivered 10 days late after I had cancelled the order because I was tired of waiting. Customer service said they were sorry I was unhappy with the courier. They just don’t get it. Best Buy hired them. It’s not the delivery people I’m unhappy with.

    I expected so much more. This Apple Watch is terrible- battery life is lucky to make it to two days, the steps are difficult to track, over all SO disappointed!!

    They lost my order twice. Once while delivering to my house. They sent the replacement to a store and when I went to pick it up there didn’t have it. It was a horrible and frustrating experience.
