    Poor customer service as BestBuy ruined my order

    Shocking customer service. I ordered the 40mm Apple Watch SE in Starlight. I received a 44mm Space Grey SE. I spoke to customer services who said “we will send you the right product with next day delivery”. Funnily enough I got an email the next day “your order has been delayed 24-48 hours”. I was patient and waited 2 days. Nothing came and no update. I then reached out to customer services again who said “we currently do not have this item in stock. We can get it to you by Dec 25th” (I ordered this on Black Friday in November) this wasn’t good enough as I fly home to England for the Christmas holidays (yes the watch was an intended gift for my mother) and BestBuy couldn’t say anything but “we hope you can understand and be patient with us in this time”. Not sure what they wanted me to do.. say thank you for messing up my order? I then was offered a refund which wouldn’t be processed until I went to the best buy store myself and gave the wrong item back. The nearest store is a 30 min drive which isn’t bad but I am an international student with no car. They didn’t care a single bit and said it was my problem. So I had to go out of my way to fix a problem which wasn’t caused by me. I am yet to receive my refund and am not happy at all. They have lost themselves a customer. Not that a national phenomenon would care about 1. I just expected better customer service. So when I receive an email of “review your recent order” I couldn’t resist. Because 1) I never actually got this order and 2) they probably won’t like what I have to say. I hope they fix this for future customers.
