Unfortunately we couldn’t get this open box watch to work on my son’s iPhone. We wanted to exchange for a different model and were blown away by the service we received at Best Buy. They acknowledged a fault with the watch and compensated with a gift card that matched the purchase value of the watch if bought new. Not only were we able to buy a more suitable watch but had money let over to put towards an upholstery cleaner. That is how you keep your customers happy. Thank you!

It does everything I need, and I'm glad I skipped the pricier options since I wouldn't have used the extra features. The battery life could be better, but it charges quickly, so it’s a fair trade-off.

It fit my 7 year old but it doesn’t work to set it up as a child watch unless it’s cellular. Along with that it was not sufficient to help him track his medications and remind him to take them. So we returned it

Great Watch, Pale Band

Pairing the new watch was a seamless process (Apple makes it easy!) and it works great. I received the trade in amount from Best Buy promptly. My only complaint is the band. I love the Sport Loop style for it's comfort and the cream color was beautiful, but it gets dirty easily. I wish they'd offer this band in a darker color!
