I had to return the first watch I ordered because the band and size of the face were too small. I came into the store on Bald Hill Road in Warwick RI, and the customer service was outstanding. Andrew was so helpful with the return and helping me select the right size watch for my Son's Christmas Gift. He absolutely loved it. He was wearing it and had it set up 20 minutes after opening. GREAT purchase!
