    purchase was fast and easy good customer service as well, although I am still having trouble connecting the device to my phone saying phone needs software update when I have the highest update already installed (has nothing to do with Best Buy just the item itself) so I have not been able to use it yet but I will figure it out soon. In conclusion, Best Buy is an excellent retailer!
