Bought this for mother-in-law to allow freedom of feeling connected without having to keep cell phone on in case of emergencies….. She quickly learned to use watch as a phone & use Siri to call for assistance (practicing of course). Like the ‘fall’ notification that automatically calls emergency contacts… thankfully haven’t had to use that functionality yet.

There is one customer service employee that’s is over the expectation of helping taking time in all around especially to a senior citizen customer I’m for ever thankful

my daughter loves her watch since she gets to send texts and make calls on it. since I feel she's too young to have a phone.
