The description of the product is misleading.
I purchased for my grandaughter for her birthday to have a cellular device without the need for a phone.
The description stated GPS+Cellular
I was told this phone would be the one l.
I had a very disappointed granddaughter on her birthday when the watch not able to funtion as stated.
If that wasn't bad enough, when returning the watch I was told I would indeed have to pay the $45 restocking fee.
Which was stated on the agreement when I purchased the watch.
I could understand paying the $45 dollars if I had changed my mind about my purchase.
However, the watch did not perform the function stated on the description and being that the description is the sole reason I purchased that particular watch, it was wrong that I was forced to pay $45.
So I asked to speak to a manager.
The Manager, Gil, at the Fullerton Best Buy on Harbor and Orangethorpe couldn't possibly have been more rude.
He walked up and said to me (with attitude), and I quote "What can I say to you that you haven't already been told that will make you understand"
That was merely his "opener".
His attitude got increasingly worse.
He was demeaning and proceeded to mock my significant other and I as we exited the building after we paid the $45.
We had just opened a Best Buy line of credit to purchase a TV but have decided to purchace elsewhere.
We called customer service to complain about the behavior of the store manager, however, we received no follow-up.
I am a 60+ year old grandparent and had
worked as a retail manager for 25 yrs.
Never have I treated a client with such disrespect on a human level or potential sale level.
Absolutely discusting behavior.
I worked as a manager for Tilly's, Service Merchandise, Macy's, and Victoria's Secret.
It is safe to say that Best Buy has a bottom of the barrel standard for customer service.

I returned the watch and was charged a $45 open box fee when only the outer package had a slight tear in it. The box for the watch was Never opened.
Complete ripoff
