She bought a cheap knockoff version off Amazon and the cheap materials made her wrist break out and didn't have many functions. I decided it was time for an upgrade. This Apple watch worked out great for her. My only gripe is the battery life. I have a Garmin Fenix that needs to be plugged in every two weeks, the Apple watch has to be charged every day.
