Came fast to the address. Good watch and very useful to my job

I upgraded my Apple Watch so was very familiar with product. Wish I would have looked closer at band size as the M/L is big for me

This is my third Apple Watch purchased at Best Buy .. absolutely love my new upgrade.

In photos it looks thinner but it's for almost nothing a little bigger in screen

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased an Apple Watch Series 10 for store pickup as a present to my husband for Christmas. I picked up the watch in store and got home and wrapped the present. On Christmas Eve, my husband opened the gift only to find an EMPTY BOX. No watch. I quickly ran over to the Bucktown Best Buy and explained the situation to an employee and then to the store manager, Jose. Jose showed zero empathy and zero concern. He said I was “wasting his time” and that he could not help me. He had me call the customer service number, which I did. The customer service rep (outsourced in India) told me they could not help since it was a store issue and that I would need to go back and talk to the store manager. I returned to the store and asked to speak with Jose again. His customer service is awful. Just awful. I felt gaslit and disrespected. I was told yet again that nothing could be done and that I am out $400 for an empty box. How is this possible? How is this fair? The WORST experience ever all around.

Disappointed. I got the watch and set everything up, only to find out it wouldn’t charge. Some part of it was defective. I had to drive to Best Buy to get it looked at. They couldn’t get it to work so I had to exchange it. They didn’t have the same size in store so if I wanted the watch I had to buy the smaller size. I chose to and then they charged me more because it was a different item. I honestly think that’s ridiculous but I need to track my heart rate so I didn’t have much of a choice. I won’t buy an expensive purchase from them again unless I have no other options. The guys at the store who helped me were nice though.

Got this to replace my old Apple Watch. I think my old watch was a series 4, so it is definitely an upgrade for me. Love the slightly bigger screen than I was used to and the extra features the newer series have compared to the older versions. Battery life is amazing. Love the sleep feature to help track my sleep habits too.

Contains a lot of great features, and is a good place for price and what it comes with. If you have been debating about upgrading your watch, this is a great one to try. The size is comparable to smaller ones, while the features are huge.

Most of the changes are to the screen. It’s bigger, reaching further into the edges of the case, giving more screen real estate than my watch 3. It’s brighter when viewed at off-angles, making it easier to check the time or a notification without having to look at the watch head-on. And on new watch faces, the second-hand ticks even in low-power mode when the watch is facing away from you — just like a regular watch would. Charging seems to be much faster.

Upgraded from an SE 40mm to this and it is exactly what I wanted out of a smart watch. 42mm is just about the perfect size in my opinion and is super comfortable. I have no screen protector or case and it’s been surviving a fair few bumps to the watchface no problem. I think I’d have to take a hit that would bruise my arm in order to damage this watch. The battery life is great. Charging it while I’m in the shower and while I’m driving to work or at a desk is more that enough to keep this thing above 70% almost all of the time. My one complaint is that, as a flashlight, it’s not that bright, but, given where I work, it still has plenty of utility as an “always available” flashlight being on my wrist. Always being able to use “find my” is also super nice.

I’m in love with my Apple Watch Series 10 from Best Buy! Easy to navigate, long lasting battery life, and an overall great quality. I purchased the 42mm and this was the best choice!
