My daughter loves her new watch best gift ever easy to use.

This was the worse service ever, I feel someone in the store stole my watch out the package and closed it back as if nothing happened, had to send a letter to the corporate office,and ask for a investigation, were told this wasn’t the first time something like this has happened at this location, and to make me feel like I did something was very upsetting. someone in that store is stealing from the company and hopefully they’ll find who is and press charges.

Solid product, but charging is uneven. Half the time it fails to charge.

I upgraded from model 8 and dont notice much of a difference. Not sure it was worth the extra money.

I am unable to use because will not connect to my phone that has recently up updated.

Never got the watch because it was stolen by the shipping company. Best Buy doesn’t want to rectify the situation and now I’m out money and no watches. Highly disappointed with customer service and do not recommend buying from them.

I feel the battery does not stay charged for long. This watch replaced a Fitbit that had better battery life. I just started using it last week. Would not recommend with life of battery on the watch. Otherwise, I would recommend.

Item came empty. Only came with charger, dirty finger prints on it Clearily stolen in the factory since the mailing package was untouched. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. They refused to resend a product or look more into. Told me to contact local police. Trying to dispute with my credit card company. I have heard of similar situations from friends with Target and they handled it better. Do not purchase electronics from Best Buy.

I did not like this watch. The face was too big for my wrist. I needed something smaller.

Once I finally got my watch (ordered Aug 10 - had to pick it up finally Aug 22). Battery doesn't hold up. Charging every day. Not sure it's worth the money.

I bought it on Black Friday, and the person gave me a wrong size. A few days i went to the local Best Buy shop to exchange it for the correct size. I didn’t open the Apple watch at all. They asked me to pay for the extra money as the discount was not available anymore. I called the hotline service, but nobody answered the phone. I'm so disappointed with it!

I can’t believe this item cost is too high and card payment system is worst

Was sent the wrong band and missed the 14 day return window. It wasn’t even my error.

Not what I expected … having a hard time charging device.. I don’t know if I got a defected device

Never got my iwatch delivered to me since Dec,19,2024. not satisfied at all with bestbuy service. bad customer service.

Doesn’t hold a charge. Print to small. Instructions hard to follow.

Watch came with no charger and customer service sucks.

This apple watch is amazing, it simply outperforms any task I throw at it and does not fail too do a task. I simply that this watch would just show me how much hours of sleep I would get but the watch goes thousands of meters in dept with the ability to show how much you spend in these positions: REM, core, deep, and awake. I also love the vitals and tempature sensors, I recentky got sick (common cold) and after one night of sleep it showed me that my wrist tempature was higher than usual with the fact that I was sick, I thought nothing like this would happen but it did. The apple watch 10 is extremely precise at every step and wont leave you questioning yourself. The price tag is pretty SOOO worth it for the amount if features.

I bought the Apple Watch Series 10 GPS 42 mm about three weeks ago. It is my first Apple Watch. I am very impressed and pleased. It syncs very nicely with my IPhone and gives great info on my heart rate, sleep and workouts. It was very easy to set up. I bought it while it was on sale at Best Buy, so I got a decent break on the price. Anyone hesitating about buying the Series 10 should go for it, if you have the funds to do so.

Apple Watch is a gift for my daughter and she absolutely love it
