Upgraded from a Apple Watch Series 7, speakers are better more functions

I purchased my watch on 10/7 for delivery on 10/8. FedEx indicated the shipment was delayed until 10/9. I called BB customer support and asked to change to store pickup. They “could” not do that and guaranteed delivery 10/9. Well, FedEx came wirh my package. After opening, I noticed the watch and band were taken out of the box. I immediately called customer support and they set up a replacement at the nearby store. I went to the store before it was ready (because I was out already) and asked to get my watch. They could not release the watch! I was told support would call me in 10 minutes to verify the case for replacement. After 10 minutes and no call I was then told by the female store employee that it could not be released for 24 hours! At this point I was irate! I said I was canceling the order and never shopping there again. As I turned to leave the employee directed an explicative to me. I’m not sure if Best Buy’s internal investigation will turn up a solution. In an X direct message, I told the agent if they wanted my business I wanted them to send me a $400 gift card like they dangle in front of you to write a review. Agent refused. So, I am playing by the rules. If Best Buy wants my business again, this review had better win that $400 gift card!

Had a 9 so not a huge improvement on performance but the screen size is a welcomed benefit.

Received my order today, but unfortunately the apple watch series 10 46mm with sport loop was missing, really frustrated. The package is intact but when opened the watch box not intact. Reached out to customer care immediately and they initiated the replacement, atleast happy with customer service. Hoping next order will come without any missing product

I am very happy with the product. Delivery was fast and on time. The watch is working very well so far. It is very useful and practical. I bought it during the Black Friday sale. It is one of the best value deals on the market and I would purchase from Best Buy again if this continues.

The Apple Watch Series 10 feels like a big step forward. The slimmer design makes it more comfortable on the wrist, and the larger, brighter display is noticeably easier to read outdoors. Performance is smooth, apps open quickly, and the new health features feel more refined. Battery life is improved — I can usually get through a full day with plenty left. Fitness tracking is as accurate as ever, and the integration with iPhone is seamless. The GPS-only model works great for me since I always have my phone nearby, but those who want complete independence might prefer the cellular version. The only downside is the price — it’s still one of the more expensive smartwatches — but if you’re in the Apple ecosystem, it’s worth it. Overall, the Series 10 is the best Apple Watch yet.

Love it! The watch is light and has a big screen so you can actually see it and program how big you want the text. It’s so comfortable you forget you’re wearing it. I have the Snoopy face and find him adorable. So far this is the perfect Apple Watch, I’ve had others but didn’t wear them long because of the ugly, boxy, heavy look. Also the display never goes black so people always see something, not just a black box. I wear it on airplane mode to decrease the radiation but in that mode and always on display I can wear it all day and still have battery life in the evening. Just change it when I take it off. It’s fully charged in just 20 minutes then turn it off so it’s ready to go for the next day. Great watch love seeing my steps and stair climbing, it’s very accurate.
