    This is not a review on the watch, this is a review on Best Buy! I asked the employee at the Best Buy in south lake if there was a restock fee if I exchanged the watch and not returned.FALSE INFORMATION SHE GAVE ME. I got charged a restocking fee during exchange at the presidio location and I was being charged more for a lesser value watch rather than atleast give me the sale price of the higher value price. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

    Was not delivered, yet was charged. After a lot of contractions between the delivery company and bestbuy I was told things that were denied the day after. After charging me an item that didn't make it to me I was advised to solve my issue through law enforcement.

    Battery draining very rapidly. Much faster than my AW4. Totally unacceptable. I’ve seen online a lot of other people have the same issue.

    a lot of problems with purchase, did not receive original watch had to purchase another one. then it took forever to get the credit from the original purchase.

    I bought this watch with the goal of letting my son have it instead of a mobile phone, which a child psyc friend of ours strongly recommended we avoid. That way we could still call him and he could send SMSs. We spent hours trying to set up family sharing. Hours! at T-Mobile, then Apple support, then escalated support,... In the end, the Apple guys gave up. I returned the watch got another one which sucked another huge amount of time with "experts". Then I had had enough and got him a Samsung watch which is nicer and worked effortlessly.
