Theft by Best Buy

Both Apple Watches were missing from package. Went to the store to pick up the replacements and they made me buy the replacements and told me I would be refunded for the stolen watches. Instead, I was charged for the missing watches AND the replacements. Paid double for them. Have contacted customer support several times and keep getting told I’ll be receiving my refund. However, it’s been 10 days and no refund. Instead, I get an email saying my case has been closed. Paid over $2,000 for 2 watches!!!!

Terrible customer service

The first time I ordered the delivery service never delivered the item even though it said it was, the second time I ordered it it was cancelled for what reason I don’t know. I don’t know what you guys are doing but absolutely terrible service, and terrible customer service when I try reaching out for answers. I will not be doing business with you guys anymore.
