I didn't think that I really needed an Apple Watch but decided to spoil myself. I'm glad I did! It's so handy to have. The biggest thing is that you don't have to carry around your phone everywhere. You can see your texts and even respond to them on your phone! I put my work schedule in my calendar on my phone and I can see this on my watch too. You can even set an alarm or reminder if you want. You can set an alarm to wake you up and I find this handy as well. No more fumbling for my phone in the dark when my alarm goes off. I got the series 2 because I love the option of being able to get it wet without worrying about it. I even leave mine on in the shower. Another cool thing is that you can configure the face in multiple ways depending on which things you want to see the quickest or easiest. I have the temp, my calendar, my texts and activity levels on mine. Oh, the activity alerts are nice to have too. It keeps me motivated! I bought the 38mm because I have pretty small wrists and I have no problem seeing things on the screen. Some of my other female coworkers have the larger one but it doesn't look ridiculously huge on them and they have normal size wrists.

I'm so happy I purchased the Apple Watch 2. I've had the 1st series since they first came out and my biggest worry was it getting wet! Well, not anymore. I've already had it on while swimming, I've showered with it and had absolutely ZERO issues with it! The fact that it now has a GPS feature was also a great selling point for me. I hated having to walk my neighborhood while holding my phone so I was able to track my walking path. Now, I'm able to just leave the house with my bluetooth headphones for music and my watch. It's awesome!

I recently got the Apple Watch. It is a nice watch, it keeps me connected to my phone without actually using my phone by recieving and sending text messages and phone calls. I get my Facebook and snap chat notifications as well. It reminds you to breathe and to stand. If you are looking for this watch to track physical activity, I would not recommend this watch as you have to download separate apps to watch to track steps and so on. Overall it is a good watch but it is not my first choice for activity tracking, also the battery life is not very long, I need to charge the watch every night , it will not last 2 days worth of charge.

i had a series 1 rose gold watch. it ran great. i purchased the series 2 only because i wanted the GPS and waterproof features. thought about getting the series 3 but, didn't see much difference from series 2. also, series 3 was a little more expensive. the watch is so a great additive when you have already have an apple phone.

Apple Watch is great, if you have the right expecations. Really I just use this to keep me off my phone and get my notifications more conveniently. I don't do much else on it, and I think that is sometimes the let down for people. The activity tracking is great as well, nice motivator throughout the day.

The Apple Watch is great in so many ways. It keeps time, alerts you on emails, tracks steps, calories, has a gps. For mileage. I love it. It actually was cheaper than buying one of the new fit bit brands and does a lot more. It does have to be winked to your Apple iPhone though. I give it a thumbs up.

I was actually looking for a new fitness wearable after my last Garmin device stopped working properly. I decided to spend the extra money to get the added features with the Apple Watch and I am not disappointed. It tracks all of the activity statistics I need including idle time. I also really like getting the notifications from my phone as well as using various apps The battery lasts much longer than I thought it would and I could probably stretch two days out of it, but I usually charge it every night just to be on the safe side. The heart rate monitor is also an added bonus as well as the built in GPS. If you've been thinking about getting an Apple Watch, I highly recommend it

Love this watch it matches all my needs. I am a nurse and use the watch for taking vital signs. I also like that I can see if my daycare is calling me at work without have my phone on me :) I also enjoy the waterproof feature with the watch, however if you want to submerge the watch in water you have to set in 'water mode'. I recently starting working out more frequently and I love that I can track my workouts, heart rate during my workouts and how many calories burned. It also has a gentle 'stand-up' reminder to help you move around more during the day. I know I'm probably not using my watch to its full potential yet- but I believe it was worth the price.

Coming from the Fitbit Charge HR 2, this is a little different. I was used to seeing my steps as the main thing on the display. The Apple Watch is definitely a step up in regards to the text notifications. I can respond to texts from my watch as long as it's within distance of my phone, which is very convenient to just send a quick text back. Another selling point for me was that it's water resistant! I don't plan on wearing it in the water on purpose, but I have young kids and anticipate a lot of splashing coming up soon this summer. It was also a great price when I got it! Best Buy had the lowest price on the Series 2

I was in need of a watch and always wanted a Fitbit (or something of the essence) and this watch is absolutely perfect. The only thing I don't like about it is that you have to charge it. But this day in age, it seems like you have to charge everything you own. I love it. Works great, it's accurate, and very convenient. I receive my texts and emails on there, so I hardly look at my phone at work anymore. The fitness tracking is awesome. That's why I bought it. It tracks your goals and sends you notifications if you've almost reached them or if you need to work on them more.

I love leaving my phone at home during a long run. I have enough storage on the phone for a great playlist and the gps on the Watch tracks my runs. Bluetooth wireless headphones I had paired up to my watch no problem. I recently started swim training. Into the pool we go! im an iPhone user so this is great! The activity rings inspire me to do more and more each day. I have started dictating text messages more. It is so handy and useful. Apple Pay! Amen! Don't have to dig through my purse like a rat at the grocery store anymore. Flip of the wrist and I'm done. Love this Watch

Major convenience. I did not get this watch with Fitness as a priority but can wear it swimming. Can't compare it to other devices for fitness, however, it seems very through & accurate. For all other applications, it's spectacular. No need to scrounge in bag or pocket for phone. All conveniences of phone on my wrist. Can make immediate audio response to texts, e mail. Can talk on phone. Excellent notification system.Battery last more than 16 hours for me, but then, I dont listen to music It's also elegantly programmed & presented, beautiful and SO MUCH FUN.

I decided to sell my series 1 to get the Series 2 before the 2 disappeared completely after the 3 came out. I saw little advantage of the 3 since I have no need for cellular on my watch and I didn't want to spend that much. overall the 1 was good enough, my wife won it on a radio contest - nice thing is it came with the milano loop band that I really like; but I felt the added water resistance of the 2 was worth it just to be on the safe side since at times it gets splashed and at times, I'd like to go to the pool and not worry about taking off my watch and getting it stolen. I tried to get a referb 2 on the apple site but they were not showing any of the sport series and I see no value in spending so much more for steel - aluminum serves my needs just fine - steel, ceramic or any elevated metal is simply to show off - no better functionality and I'm more about function than looks. besides I like the space gray. So what I found more impressive is battery life - I get way better battery life on the 2 than I did on the 1. Best part is I sold the 1 on ebay for over half the cost of this one so my out of pocket cost was just over $100. Otherwise it seems about the same as the one - takes a long time to boot up or install an upgrade. The fitness app I use runs about the same as it did on the 1, maybe a little quicker to start up. The heart rates seems about the same - out of whack at times but overall close enough for my needs - I guess the gps is a nice feature for when I go out on a walk or bike ride. In general, if you are already an iphone user and you want some added exercise tracking or other functionality like messaging or notifications or whatever, then the watch is a nice complement - unless you need super accurate exercise tracking - although you can improve it with a bluetooth heart rate sensor. anyway, for what I paid, I love the thing. I might not have spent that much if my wife had not won it to get me started. Full price for a new model is still a bit steep, at least for me.

I have been a Fitbit user for two years and kept trying different models. I finally decided to give the Apple Watch a try. I am happy to say it was a great decision! It looks much nicer (as a medical student who dresses up every day or with more casual attire). It's super sleek and the rose gold is gorgeous! I get compliments all the time. I love the features including the fitness app, email notifications, and the alarm feature, not to mention it's water proof! This watch is a great purchase and I would recommend it!

I made my first ever Apple purchase as a gift for my mother for 2016 Christmas. I personally am completely anti Apple but thought it would be the perfect gift for her. I got to play around with it for a bit while helping her set it up and seeing some of the factory features and was impressed myself and most of all super excited at how much she was loving the gift. I'm still trying to get the out of stock Samsung frontier for myself and will still not join team Apple for my personal use, but it's a fantastic piece of tech

This watch is great. It's gps functionality allows for you to take runs without having to carry your phone with you. Its provides all of my important reminders and texts quietly right to my wrist. It's also waterproof so swimmers take advantage of this features. Only thing to get accustomed to is charging on a daily basis. One full charge will usually last me about a day and a half maybe two depending on how heavy I use it. Overall great watch.
