It’s great to just get notifications without your phone handy. Sucks you can’t use all the functions as your phone even on cellular!!!

Worse product I've had from Apple

I've had every Apple product since the second Ipod (2003?), including Macs, at least 1 of each Iphone models, 5 Ipads, and none of them broke. I resisted to buy an Apple Watch because i was skeptical of its benefits. When i finally decide to buy one, i confirmed it is LESS than a nice to have and incredibly fragile. After two months the FIRST time it falls (from a night table) it breaks in pieces. Bad quality, for a product that is really just a control remote of your Iphone. Despite buying the watch with LTE service (and paying for it a monthly fee), I couldn't even stream music on it. You need to pay ANOTHER subscription for Apple Music because this watch doesn't support Spotify. So you end up buying a +400-500 dollar watch, paying 20 dollars a month for Cel and Music service, ... Also, calls sometimes come to the watch, sometimes just to the phone. AND, you need to get Apple Care because this watch is going to break every other month ($49 of Apple Care plus $69 for every time the screen breaks). If you don't get Apple Care (like i did, since i've never broke any Apple product), to replace it or fix it they will charge you $289. And trust me, it will break more sooner than later. This is a total rip-off. I decided not getting a new one, take the loss and not put more good money into bad money.

I just bought the Apple Watch 3 serious and thought it would be great. The watch has already cracked on the screen and that’s from barely dropping it because the band came loose on its own. If your active like me then I don’t recommend it. It’s not for the sportsman or man or women on the go unless you spend more money on Warrenty sand protection.

I’ve always been on the fence about whether or not to buy an Apple Watch. But when the Series 3 GPS + Cellular went on Deal of the Day, I jumped on it and thought this must be the time. I didn’t really know much about the watch or what all it can help you do, but I already enjoy many Apple products and knew it would be intuitive and just work. Only hours after getting home with it I liked it more and more and knew it was money well spent for me. I’ve always liked to track my fitness using apps on my phone and this is likely going to be the biggest point for me. I don’t even plan on adding a cellular plan at this time but with the built in GPS and activity tracking I really don’t need my phone and apps to track using cellular. I enjoy the motivation it brings by pushing you to “close your rings”. Meaning you are supposed to move around to be healthier. You can set your MOVE calorie goal, the EXERCISE goal for which the watch tracks your exercise or brisk movement that gets your heart rate to increase using the built in heart rate monitor, and the STAND ring that reminds you to get up and move around for a minute. For desk workers it is just too easy to get involved in a project at our desk and not get up so this will remind you. I really like the customization of the watch too. By being able to setup different faces and complications and easily switch among them. I might have one for use during the day and then swipe over to another that gives me more of a quick glance af metrics during workouts. Or you might like to see reminders or calendar events, or likely many other complications depending on apps you might already use on your iPhone. There are many. Just look at the apps you already use and review their Apple Watch functions in the App Store. Oh. It also tells the time. Aside from its usability, it looks great too. I really like the sophisticated look of the space gray and can be paired up with a stainless or leather band to dress it up, or it is just as well with the sport band. I actually got the last one at the store with a dark gray band rather than black and I really like it. If you’re not sure about getting an Apple Watch I would tell you to just get it. Especially if any of the Series 3 are on sale. I think you’ll really like it.

Basically, it's a series 2 but with cellular capabilities. I know several people with android smart watches that complain that their cellular requires a dedicated phone number for people to call if someone needs to call their watch while they are away because they forgot their phone. Not the case with these. It does have a dedicated phone number but that phone number on the series 3 is for nothing more than identifying it on your account. If you leave your phone at home and someone calls your phone, your watch will ring vs with Android someone calls your phone your watch won't ring unless they call the dedicated watch phone number. That, in itself, makes things a bit easier. The setup of the watch is very easy to do. It's also very easy to operate.

My boss originally bought an Apple Watch and I was pretty much sold. I received mine as a gift and idk how I lived without it before. The text and gps features are the best! I love how the home screens are customizable. Constantly tracking my activity through the day is also great cause with my job I couldn’t have my phone on me to track all day. The watch makes it so much easier and it’s waterproof so I don’t have to worry about it with my job. If you ever have any second thoughts on buying one, ignore them. Also I can track my eggs on Pokémon Go without draining my phones battery :)

My husband and I decided it was time to upgrade our first gen and second gen Apple Watch for the newest model that offered cellular. Couldn’t say more that this Watch is awesome and works great when phone is nowhere around and your 17 year old is texting you to pick her up from school!!! My battery life is amazing two days worth and I use it a lot. The only thing I wish it came with in the apps is a sleep tracker already installed. Other then that I’m not sure how I functioned with out this Watch in my life for so long.

This is my first Apple Watch. I always knew they would eventually offer the watch with cellular, so I waited. It took an hour on the phone with my phone carrier to finally get it set up. However, they’ve been out long enough that most reps are able to trouble-shoot and figure it out. I love this watch because I don’t have to carry my phone around at work no matter where I am on campus. Like anything, the watch takes some getting used to. The younger generation is happy to answer any questions I have, and there’s tons of information available online. The only thing I dislike about the watch is the red dot on the side. I guess Apple wanted their customers to be able to distinguish one watch from another with the glance of an eye. If you’re willing to drop $500 and think you’d use the cellular option, then get this watch. You’ll be glad you did.

This is my second Apple Watch. I read that the battery life was not going to be good on the LTE model. Well, I charge my watch at 11 pm as I use my watch to Monitor my sleep and by the next night at 11 pm the watch was still at 62%. I’m guessing that the battery life would be less if it was using LTE all the time, but it only connects to LTE when your away from your iPhone. I have my phone with me most of the time, but not always. I did make calls with the watch with out the phone around and the calls went through just fine and I could hear very well.

Love my Apple Watch 3 with cellular. Everything I need right on my wrist. Allowed me to ditch my Fitbit completely, and allows me to make short trips and exercise without having to bring my big iPhone 6s Plus.

Love the look and how it feels. The apps I can get on it compare to other watch I owned are great. Battery is great and charges fast I wear it all day and charge it only when I shower. Took two full days to drain the battery with what charge it had out the box and fully charged in about 2 hours or less not sure I fell sleep. In the gym heart monitor a lot more accurate then Fitbit. I seem to love it more each day. Only issue is that sometimes I leave my phone behind and 4g don’t kick on but I imagine that’s a issue that Apple will fix...I hope

Was worth upgrading from my Series 1

Ive had this for almost a week now and I was apprehensive about upgrading from my series 1. I had the stainless steel 42mm model and was happy with it overall. The biggest complaint I had about it was how long it took to boot up. I figured I'd give this one a try knowing I could return it if I wasn't impressed. I definitely have no intentions on returning it. This watch boots up much faster than my series 1, the battery life seems to last longer through the day as long as I'm connected to my phone. If I leave my phone, I notice a pretty quick drop in battery life. I am looking forward to being apple to play Apple music when that feature becomes available next month. I'm not an avid runner, but building myself up to a mini-marathon so the music, health and exercise apps are a definite plus for me. This version may not be for everyone, but the speed and options this thing brings makes it a worthwhile upgrade for me. Now I just need to find someone to buy my Series 1 stainless steel. I would definitely recommend this watch.

My husband decided I should have the series 3 that has cellular service. That way I'd have my phone on me at all times...no more missed calls, etc. Although I might need my glasses to see it more clearly at times, I have grown to love my watch.I probably don't use all the neat things it can do, but my main thing was the phone. And I can walk around and keep baking or doing laundry etc, while talking on my watch...and I don't have to hold it up to my mouth either. I love that I can answer a text with the microphone and my words simply turn into a typed message. I also tried the activity app...just for fun....but I find myself looking at it all the time. Now I have proof that just a walk in the woods really is exercise!!! I really love my apple series 3 with cellular, and I would definitely recommend it...especially if you tend to leave your phone somewhere and miss calls and such. Oh, if you get the cellular option, just be aware that you can use it just while connected to bluetooth, but if you want to use it on cellular while away from your bluetooth devices, you will need to add your watch to your current cellular plan...mine was $10/mo with verizon.

I really love the Apple Watch. I do have an iPhone and MacBook Pro, and it pairs nicely with them both. I currently have the cellular feature turned on, and it’s great for times when I don’t want to carry my phone. The watch is fun and has lots of useful features, including taps for turn signal when navigating with Maps, health apps, sleep monitor, and more. It helps me take better care of myself and it’s a great tool for random things like timers and playing music with air buds etc.

I was cautious when I first made this purchase but after a week really liked it! It gives me important notices that I can check without always having my nose in my phone. I love the cell feature, it really works good. Apple rocked the house on series 3. The amazing thing was that Best Buy shipped this watch to me faster than Apple could....It was here lightning fast. Thanks Best Buy for not making me wait. I hate doing that when I am spending 500 bucks.
