I debated for a long time whether to get the 40mm vs 44mm. I'm so glad I got the 40mm. I have thin wrists so the 44mm looked too bulky on me! I work in the service industry so I'm very happy that I don't have to carry my phone on me while I'm doing my job. I love everything about this watch including being able to customize the front screen depending on my mood. Only thing I don't like is that I get about 1 1/2 days without having to charge. I wish the battery lasted longer but overall, I'm extremely happy!

I have one of the early versions of an Apple Watch. A friend told me her doctor viewed the data of her heart rate & was able to detect a problem when the heart monitor she had been wearing failed. My neighbor told me her watch detected a fall she had. I was impressed & my daughter & husband bought the Apple Watch 4 for my birthday. I decided to exchange it at Best Buy for the cellular version. The exchange was quick & easy & I have enjoyed all the features of the watch - health & otherwise.

I've hopped on the bandwagon and got an apple watch, but I love it. It's sleek, fits well, and I get now get my steps during soccer! Fairly easy to set up and customize. Charges in 2 hours max. Already got a scratch on the face though when my arm slid across a wall, which I'm bummed about but it's pretty minor. Love that I can go on a walk or bike ride and I don't have to take my phone with me.

I absolutely love this watch. It tells you everything you need to know about your health and exercise. I was not into watches at all but since I bought the watch with cellular I find that I don't even need my phone when I go out for walks during my lunch break. (much safer as well) I would recommend for anybody. Its wonderful no issues what so ever.

Two hours after strapping the watch to my wrist I flipped my outdoor wheelchair. The watch detected the fall and offered to call emergency services. It allowed me to decline the call. This feature alone makes it valuable to me. The ability to answer calls when I’m not close to my phone is very helpful. Multiple customizable watch faces are easy to read. Software updates have added improvements over my series 2 Apple Watch.

I love my new Apple Watch. I didn’t want something too shiny or super noticeable, but I wanted something that looked nicer. First of all, the size is just perfect for me since I have small wrists and don't want anything super bulky to wear. I love how seamless everything works, especially with my workouts and my iPhone

Pros: maps and driving directions are way more useful than you’d think taking calls while both hands are busy is awesome! Controlling streaming music to your boat while you float behind it may be the best function. Leave the phone at home and still get text and calls. Waterproof Tons of apps Lots of games Many ways to customise Loads of accessories Cons: Can’t listen to music through watch speaker Battery doesn’t last very long. And by this I mean, never touch it and it’s still dead before I get home at the end of the day. Still no “always on” clock option I mean it is a watch, it’d be nice if you could turn off everything and have just a watch all day

Like my title says...an Apple Watch wasn’t something I thought I needed until I got one. I resisted the wave to add this to what I now admit is a well loved Apple ecosystem (much like I resisted every Apple item I eventually owned) because I just didn’t see the need for a smart watch. Now I love every feature. It is taking a bit of a learning curve (and a lot of consulting the Apple Support pages) but it’s honestly worth it. I will say this...I got the GPS + Cellular version just in case but I’ve yet to activate it and honestly think I can do without it so unless you anticipate needing to have your watch without access to your phone often you may want to save some cash and just go with the GPS version. I only saw the value in getting this one because of the sale price and not being sure if I really would benefit from the option. I opted to get it and not risk regretting skipping the option for save a little cash. So definitely weigh your options when choosing. So far battery life has been great for me. I haven’t noticed any negative issues at this point. I do wish the aluminum option had more choices in bands but there are definitely some great third party choices available so it’s not a big deal. Ultimately I think the series 4 is an excellent introduction for a newbie to the Apple Watch world

Purchased this for my Mom who is 84 and lives by herself. I bought it for her for the health options, mainly the Fall Detection, ECG and emergency notifications. Even at 84 it’s easy for her to use and makes it more convenient for her using the phone and text options without having to chase her phone down. My wife and I both have the Series 5 after having the Series 2 for over two years and Apple has improved the watches dramatically in both performance and usability. When a not-so-tech-savy 84 year old can use it you know it’s a great device. The Fall Detection and ECG options make it a great choice for someone who needs a little watching over (pun intended) when you can’t always be there. She loves it and wears it daily. The peace of mind knowing that something as simple as a watch can help protect your loved ones make it a no brainer, not to mention it’s an Apple.

My daughter just completed her residence as a doctor, and we decided to give her this for this occasion. We got the cellular version, since wifi only might be spotty in some places we work. We purchased two watches for ourselves last Christmas. Great product!

I’m sure this watch greatly exceeds my needs, but I bought it mainly to wear during runs with wireless headphones and NOT have to carry my giant phone to listen to music. I’m also getting a little older and like the idea of being able to call for help if I get an injury or something. I have no real intention of utilizing it for messaging and social networking and the daily functions most people value, BUT I love the fitness tracking, the goals, the automatic transfer of info to my phone, the music and podcast availability. Great purchase. Oh, and a lot of the reviews complained about the gold color being very gold and less rose gold, but my wedding band is yellow gold and this watch is definitely much pinker. I do think it’s still a rose gold. I’d recommend purchasing a black band to highlight the pink pop of color. It does look more gold with the pink band, but otherwise is very rosey.

Purchased this watch for my wife for Mother’s Day, mainly for the medical benefits. She has heart problems as well as recovering from a recent Stroke. Watch was easy to set up and has a lot of features that will give me peace of mind. The blue tooth answer and talk works better than I expected, as well as the heart monitors. Hope she never needs to use any of these, but they are there. Another plus is there are plenty of tips and instructional videos on the internet. The only negatives is just like all of Apple products, overpriced, but Best Buy had a $50.00 off sale is the reason I purchased local. One other negative is the stand alone talk feature where you do not need to have you iPhone with you, all the cell carriers do no support Apple Watch at this time. Hopefully they all will soon.

I love using my Apple Watch every day to keep track of my activity and use many of my regular apps from the convenience of my wrist. I purchased the data so that I could answer the phone with my Apple Watch, which makes it really convenient. Very happy with my choice of getting the smaller watch face, as the bigger one seemed too large for my body. I haven’t yet delved into the world of watchbands to replace my pink one, but that will be my next step. I suggest getting a protective cover for the glass face to keep it scratch free I suggest getting a protective cover for the glass face to keep it scratch free. On occasion, the phone function cuts out on me, so I’ll have to call Apple or Best Buy to see if there’s a fix for that.

Love the sleek look! Still getting used to navigating it- I haven’t gotten the cellular option activated, but I enjoy that if my phone is close it rings too and I can answer calls from the watch. Speaking into it and it transcribing it is much better than I thought it would be- just wished it picked up on punctuation better. Also you can change the smart reply’s from your phone and it updates immediately on the watch. I can listen to Spotify music on it but I wish the Spotify app would open directly through the watch. I wish there was a calculator function on it too. As a pediatric nurse, I use/now have the stopwatch function easily accessible from the main clock face and I was able to change the setting so that it stays lit for 70 seconds instead of 15 seconds - clutch! Overall happy with my gift to myself.

My husband was going to be away this winter, and was concerned that I was going to be alone so much. He said he would be more comfortable if I had an Apple Watch that could detect a fall, and contact emergency services, and with GPS could locate me and send an ambulance. So, I got one that could do all those things! Aside from feeling much more at ease because of what it can do in an emergency situation, I love the comfort of it and the fact that when I get a phone call, I can answer and talk to MY WATCH!!!!! I love it, and don’t know what I did without it!!!!!

Bought it for Christmas and the wife truly loves it and she never leaves home with out it and it make her life so much easier to be able to answer calls or text straight from her watch is awesome.

Got this Apple Watch for my wife for Valentine's Day. It is her first Apple Watch. She just loves it. She really appreciates being able to do so many things without pulling out her phone.

Beautiful design, lots of functionality, splurge and get the cellular so you can answer the phone on your watch and feel like a James Bond character. However data rates may apply

Bought this watch for mother’s day & she loves it. Mainly got it due to its fall detection feature, and ability to go phoneless so she could call someone if she doesn’t have her phone. She loves it a lot. However, me on the other hand, while I like the watch, it doesn’t offer enough apps that I find useful, and the fact that Spotify does not have offline music yet is a no go for me. Maybe once the new watch OS is out I’ll reconsider. This watch is good for older people who need that extra security, people keeping track of their exercises & diet, and people who just want to put their phone down but still be connected.

So this is my first Apple Watch and I had my doubts but I’m sold! It’s cray how this thing helps out on day to day tasks and the fitness tracking is good too. Only reason I gave a 4/5 is because battery life. It’s not bad but I wish it would last a full 24hr so I can do sleep tracking.
