    I bought this for my wife for Christmas, as an upgrade from her Series 3 watch She loves that the battery last longer than her old watch. It is also waterproof, which is great when she is near the pool or forgets to take it off in the shower. It keeps track of her daily workouts, and how many calories she has burned off during her workouts. The heart feature of the watch comes in handy when her heart rate gets to high.
