This Apple Watch 5 was a replacement of my original series #1. I am so pleased with the performance and quality. It is perfect for every need, it tells me everything I want to know, messaging, alarms, gps tracking, steps, heart monitor, etc. I could go on and on. It is easy to program with your apple phone and keeps you informed on everything. Highly recommend.

I am a first time Apple Watch user and I am beyond thrilled with this purchase. I love having the ability to answer phone calls while not having my phone in my hand. I also love being able to set my watch face to favorite pictures of my daughter and family. Super Cool! I know there are a ton of other features, but so far these are just a few that I am thrilled with!

I enjoy being notified of messages and emails. Also the activity app keeps me moving. It’s also nice to check my pulse and ekg. I also really like the band and how it fastens.

It is an impressive smart watch. I had Fitbit before but this one is much nicer. The fact that you can receive calls is awesome. But I wish the battery last longer. For my hustle, I got to recharge it every other day.

Purchased the watch online and was showing in stock at the store so after 2 days I called to ask why it was taking so long to process my order for an item in stock. Turned out not to be in stock so the date was changed for pickup which was 7 days. 7 days go by and I receive an email saying there has been a delay and they would follow up with an estimated pick up date. I changed my order to ship to my house and had it in 2 days. The 2 days was great but I do not understand why the store couldn’t receive the item just as I did or at least tell me that direct shipment would be sooner. It was a birthday gift for my wife so I’m not impressed at all with the Best Buy process of getting purchases to the customer. But my wife absolutely loves the watch.
