Again there were no instructions provided with this device or in conjunction with the iPhone that was purchased at the same time. There were no tutorials provided nor was there any instruction recommended. These devices are complicated and require some instruction. It would be appropriate to provide the purchaser with written instructions regarding startup and usage. Currently I think I use about 20% of the capability of this device which is unacceptable. I've attempted to get help at the store but that is been lacking as well

Apple is no doubt awesome. I reached Bestbuy when the discount was over but, Walmart was still offering. BestBuy gave the price match at the same price what Walmart was offering. I have bestbuy Credit card which helped me save more. Love you bestbuy.

I never thought I would spent some loot on a watch, but this was a great choice. First Apple watch and I love it. Easy to use and syncs with my phone very easily. Love the different bands you can get also as I have one for different outtings. Great watch Apple!

Best Apple Watch yet. I decided to buy this even tho the series 6 is on its way and it does not disappoint. I love how responsive it is and how clean the display is on the series 5. Interchangeable bands, I can’t live without it now! Great investment!

We have stepped up to Series 5 watch from Series 1,2, and 3. The 2mm difference looks even bigger on the watch. With the new safety features of monitoring falls and heart rhythm, it's almost a necessity for us elderly folks. Get it for the peace of mind.

The only downfall I see is that the screen stays on all the time and so the battery needs to be recharged more often. The difference between this and a 3 series is not that different so if you don’t mind the age, a 3 series is something to consider.

Until this Apple Watch was purchased, never knew the necessity. If I had to do it again, I would get the cellular option, but this Open Box deal was too good to pass up. Such a necessity that another family member went the next day and bought one.

Very versatile with many functions. We got this primarily for the ECG readout ability but found out this function does not work if the person has a pacemaker. This was a big disappointment. Being able to answer the phone from the watch comes in handy

Keeps track of walking as well as a download to monitor my sleep. Can only find one watch face with digital display that includes seconds.

I finally broke down and bought an Apple Watch. I mainly used the Fitbit watches but after my last 1 died I got this. Is it a game changer or must have? Not really but it is convenient and useful. Plus with Apple the quality of their stuff and the Apple eco system makes this gel well. I do enjoy wearing it because it comfortable and light. I only wish the battery life was better. I usually charge it every other day but I’m sure most will have to charge it daily.

Finally I got an Apple Watch! It is a game changer. Now I don’t always have to whip my phone out when I am busy at work. Hear a notification or feel the vibration and just look at my wrist to see notifications and phone calls. Saves me so much time.

Apple Watch 5. Had this for few years now and still works perfect. New Apple Watch 8 will be awesome but this Apple Watch won’t become obsolete for awhile. Still recommend

I got it as a gift for his first father‘s day and he loves it so much!!!! It was way cheaper getting it at Best Buy, I can tell that I saved a lot, because I really research it every where. Now I’m trying to get him to buy me o e as a gift lol...

Enjoy the watch. It has a lot of great features, easy to use and easy to charge. Even an old guy like me can understand the tech behind it.

I love the always on display and the find my phone feature. Wish it natively tracked sleep I ended up having to by an app to do that.

Good but not better than the six & u gotta catch them on a deal when the new generation of iOS comes out or about to come but most likely have come out to retail stores wraith about 6 months & u can get it for have

I have always had a Garmin GPS watch for running and recently it died on me. That was my main reasoning of getting the Apple Watch was for the GPS for running. The price for the Apple Watch was a little more but you get so many more features for the money!

I love this watch. It has helped me get moving and stay active. The reminders are nice. My only negative is that the battery life isn’t super long. I have to charge it every night. But the positives definitely outweigh the negative.
