I have lost just about 20 pounds since I have had this watch. I have only had it since end Of March 2020. It has motivated me to get healthy.

I take advantage of every app from the app store to simplify my life. I have my own personal assistant on my wrist.

Watch is comfortable, reasonably easy to set up and operate, and can be modified to suit whatever the wearer wants to monitor. I am impressed!

Another great product from Apple. I am loving it. Haven't explored all features yet. Only issue is you need to keep charging it everyday.
