I upgraded from the series 3 and I have to say the series 5 is a beautiful watch. I like the functions, especially the always on display. The only negative I have found is I find myself charging it all the time. I only charged my series 3 once a day, the series 5 at least twice a day.

Not much to say here if you are an apple person then you know the quality of the products. Super easy to use and pair.

I used to have the Fitbit watch (twice) and finally decided to join the bandwagon and get myself the Apple Watch. Boy am I impressed. I love the convenience of being able to text and call from my watch in case I couldn't get to my phone. Especially when I'm driving. Also very handy with the GPS when needed. I love controlling my music from the watch too while I work out. Honestly, one of the best ways to connect to your phone without having to hold it.

I have had a Series 1 watch for a long time and it has worked well. I wanted a newer version for some of the new features, brighter larger display and future proof. The display is larger which is nice BUT it is not brighter. The always on display is a non factor in my opinion because when you move your wrist to view display it comes on anyway ( yes I know there is some adjustment) so nice but not a selling factor for me. My original watch was brighter and the battery life is similar but software and some apps would not load on my older version. So in my opinion and if I had to do it all over would have bought a deeply discounted Series 4 if available. I just do not think at this point the I5 is the greatest thing since Al Gore invented the internet for the price but maybe with future updates it will be better. I am not trying to discourage anyone from getting one of these but it is not 300 dollars better than a I3 like my wife owns. Not what I expected from Apple.

Upgraded from a series 1. Can still use my bands on this model so I was sold on the 44mm Watch. Easy to set up.
