    I bought the watch for my wife this Christmas. We went to Best Buy to get technical assistance during the initial setup. We were very pleased with the technician who assisted us. She was very professional and patient as she explained the various features of the watch and how to use them. She made it a very pleasant experience for someone who is a little older and who lacks confidence when using new technology. So far we are very pleased with the watch.
