I am really happy I made this purchase. I was not sure it would be worth it but it’s definitely worth it. It’s also very stylish and I love how you can change the band.

It’s a very good watch that helps motivate me to be more active while I’m wearing it because I can set goals for how long I should be standing, exercising, or moving in a day. The breathe feature and reminder to stand when I’ve been sitting for long is also two of my favorites. The only thing I thought I would be able to do with it but I can’t is checking my ECG but only ages 22 and older can use it.

Almost a month and I am still learning how to get better benefits from this watch. I really like, and use, the features. My only regret is not getting the larger watch face.

Been using it to keep up with my workout tracks and it’s so nice to be able to just look at the watch when I got a notification instead of having to pull out my phone.
