Works good almost a little big if you have a small wrist. Have not had any problems with it yet.

Battery life is low. The apps are not working as designed.

The watch battery lasts about a day, not even using it a lot. When the battery gets low (30-40%), there is a glitch and will zoom and not let me zoom out or change screen. I’m not impressed. I would return it, but it’s been longer than 2 weeks from purchase. My fit bit was better.

I don’t see the appeal. It’s been 1 month and I’ve already quit using it.

READ THE RETURN POLICY. The Apple Watch is a fine product. Buying it at Best Buy was a huge mistake. I purchased it at Best Buy for convenience and availability as a Christmas present on November 30. The recipient preferred a different color but there was no returning it since more than 14 days passed. This is compared to a watch I bought at the Apple Store. Same scenario: a different watch was preferred. No problem at all to swap out.

Very poor the battery dies so fast and when we tried to rerun Best Buy did not take it back and also did not give us the store credit and now we are stuck with this purchase.

My watch hasn’t worked since the day I opened it. I live far from a Best Buy so it was difficult to return within 14 days. I literally have had a open case with Apple since the day I opened it. Hopefully get it resolved soon, I need this for work!!! I usually love all my Apple products, never have I had a problem before. It sucks that I spent so much and it’s so difficult to get it replaced even when it’s so new.

Failed after 7 months, overheated. Had to go to Apple, Best Buy only wanted to sell me a new one

Could not use the ecg app, returned to apple for repair, said it was was working. However three family members tried and it didn’t work for them either. Several calls to apple support, each call redundant. No progress. Very disappointed with “worldwide support”.

They really need to make it more clear that this is the cellular version so that people who want the gps version can avoid the restocking fee when you’re accidentally handed the wrong one. You can tell it’s the cellular version because it has a small “Series 6” written in red and not black on the side of the box.

Very hard to understand how to use. Still can’t figure out the phone part

I was told by you all to order this one as I have Verizon and wanted to use without a phone. Now I find Verizon will NOT set it up that way so someone is selling and advertising incorrectly.

I made this purchase as a Christmas gift before Christmasand to this day I’ve yet to have cellular connected to at&t account , I’m being told this watch has already been associated with another account

Don't bother ordering opened items from Best Buy! Returning tomorrow since they decided to send item with no charger and filty item box.

This item was returned back to the store and up till now, haven't still gotten my refund back! Almost 3 months now after several calls! Had to go buy it in the store

Item description said no item missing and they were missing. And the parts that were included, were broken, when it indicated there were no issues.

Worst service ever. Told could pick up inside waited in line twenty minutes just to be told I had to get in line outside and wait

Not fit for me. The ecg feature is pretty much the same thing as the heart rate app you can use on your iphone.

Such a easy and convenient way to stay in touch. With the sleek design, you don't notice you have a watch on making it so simple to wear it continuously.
