    A bit complicated for an older user and has an unfortunately short battery life. Needed more help than should have been necessary to get key features up and running. Once done it has proven to be quite helpful as a phone backup. Has notification feature for falls that beats "I've fallen and I can't get up" by a mile.

    I've had an older apple watch that never gave me an issue, There is not really that many huge differences other than you can use this as a phone, but you have to pay separate. This one gives me some trouble on the main screen to swipe down and look at your notifications. Overall, not super impressed. Almost seems like not much is new

    I love the size and the feel of the watch. One complaint is that is that it has to be charged every day! I have customized the settings to me minimum power used by removing apps, turning off notifications, ect.. doesn’t seem to make a difference.
