Watch band is the worst

I've had it catch on my pocket and fall off my wrist twice in the one week I have had the watch. I don't want a "clever" or "cutesie" watch band - I want one that is reliable. The menu system is not the most user friendly design, either. Nice that it has the ability to take ECG and blood ox readings.
