If you have any other Apple products then you already know they just can't figure out the whole battery thing. So, if you don't mind having to charge it every single day and you don't really expect it to be much of an upgrade from your last one, go for it.

Great function ability upon reading the instruction manual. It’s very complicated and a lot of information to learn. Wish it had a way to read a scale (weight w/ body fat) and wish it could take photos.

Wrong watch ordered by associate. Had right color watch on hand but associate ordered wrong color for special delivery order. Had to go the extra step of returning wrong watch for credit.

Brought this Apple Watch to replace my Apple Watch 5 for the O2 and in-depth heart rate readings. The O2 readings seem to be questionable on the accuracy. Thought the heart readings overall is questionable.

I never got my item, Bestbuy took my money, I’ve reached out to them and let them know it never got delivered, I have multiple claim IDs still never got a refund

Previously I went back and forth with best buy after bringing in my apple series 6 aluminum with cellular watch. I brought it in originally for a battery repair when a huge mess happened. It took over a month for my watch to come after apple/bestbuy lost the watch in transit back to the store. Not much help was given the first few weeks. FINALLY after many local managers got involved they sent me a new watch after another week, so exciting right? Not really. Upon pick up the back of my watch was completely shattered, I mean completely, and I was so very disappointed and sad; especially at this point it almost being a month and a half since I brought my watch in for a regular 7day maximum repair. I went into best buy today after being told to go to apple for assistance (apple didn’t help one bit, they said they’d send off the watch for $200, which I wasn’t willing to do after my prior experiences). Upon my arrival to best buy they were so sweet to me. They apologized for everything and actually had me go home that day (today) with the series 9 watch with cellular in the color pink! I couldn’t have been happier with them fixing this matter, especially after other manager from other stores got involved at this point, it made me, their customer, extremely happy after all of the hassle. A $100 battery repair turned into me getting the newest watch as of this last year! Was the original experience worth it? Definitely not and I wouldn’t really recommend it, although they did make up for it in the end. Horrible customer service to begin with, but today made up for it by them addressing the original issue with a kind smile and sending me home today with a new watch from in store. The experience was definitely worth it now, but being watch less (as someone who uses it for work) wasn’t fun. Best buy did fix their mistake in the way they did as stated above which I do appreciate. Be kind, be understanding, and they will help you in the end, the managers were great help in this scenario. Kindness gets you far people!

returned the item - Apple only wants to sell there products to Democrats. When they decided to include all people then i may consider buying their products.

The wat yea sin very good condition, however I did not receive the charger, when contacted Best Buy I was told they would not send one

I bought it to use the medical devices to monitoring me...unfortunately the Oxygen doesn’t work always, I had some difficulty to use it...

Nice watch but the screen size should be increased. For a guy with large fingers, it could be difficult typing.

The Watch keeps cutting off and I should’ve brought it back

Ordered this watch on 12/08/2020. Here it is 12/24/2020 and it still hasn't arrived. By the way, I completely understand delays in this current environment. BUT,what makes me irritated the most is the fact that, I called numerous times and was assured it would arrive on time (meaning running behind, but would arrive before Christmas). What a Joke!!!! Rep, from Best Buy even said, "Good News", it would be arriving on, 12/23/2020 and not to worry. I could have purchased this watch somewhere else if I had not relied on the "Rep" saying not to worry, it will be there late, but before Christmas. Again, I understand that 2020 is not normal, but don't promise something and not perform. I promised a 9 year old who will now NOT have what was promised by a BB Rep. Be careful ordering anything from BB. Just my 2 cents

This is my second apple watch (4 and 6) that was rendered useless by swimming in my pool. Unbelievable. They say it is water resistant to 50 meters. A bold faced lie. Not even close. At its deepest, my pool is 5 feet deep. Why does apple continue to perpetuate this myth?
