My granddaughter gave me an old one she had. I wore it a few times then put it in the drawer. My wife talked me into buying the Apple Series 7 watch for the Heart Monitor function and I love it, I use it for everything! I even use it as a remote when watching Apple TV or playing music.

Evolution, not revolution.

The watch face feels much bigger and sharper, while the blood oxygen sensor is a welcome addition. Overall it’s a bit snappier than my previous Series 5. I wish there were a few new features (e.g. sensors, watch faces, etc.), but I’m sure that’ll be next year!

Otherwise this works well for tracking your current progress/ heart rate/ etc. If you're buying it for the motivation of the rewards, or relying on it to tell you your best time.. don't do that.
