We have cell phones that can do a lot more than tell us the time of day, or week. But once again watches have made a comeback. I can track my heart rate, count my steps, and even reply to texts or answer a call with it, though the last one is just a gimmick… I prefer my cell phone directly for calls.

It helps me keep in shape helps me keep in contact, and I wear it even when I'm going out. I just need to change the band from time to time to make it look a little dressier.
