It has helped track my workouts and other activities plus I appreciate all the options that may be used, ie. Sleep tracker. The only downside is the battery life. Apple should be able to develop a reasonable watch with battery life at least worth a week without a recharge. Currently their “longer” battery life model is twice the cost which is not acceptable!

Enjoying new watch!

I’m 76 and have had falls in the past and this watch will call my husband if I fall or have a car accident if I don’t respond within a few minutes. And if he doesn’t respond it will go to 911. I’m still discovering all the features. I love the pretty etched watch bands I can alternate on it.
