    I love this watch!! I got it bc I’ve been having medical issues and need the help if I fall. I love how much nicer it is compared to my old Apple Watch. This is a beautiful model. Only complaint is that the strap is too big.

    This was the worst experience with Best Buy in my life!! I sent this to Dad in a different state. He's 88 so needed so help connecting it to his iPhone and how to use it. He went to the Apple Store. They tried to activate it. It wouldn't power on or activate. They ran the serial number and found out it had been sold 3 months prior and was registered to some else. It was purchased 1 August and I purchased it 16 November!! The Apple store said he needed to return it to Best Buy. He went to the Best Buy store and returned it. They never explained why. I'm guessing it was a return. I bought aand wanted a new one not a returned or refurbished one. I won't shop at Best Buy again!!
