This watch is great, even a little better than the Series 7 that I traded in. The only issue I have is I haven't received the refund for my trade in and it's been almost a month since I sent it in. They said it would take only 7 to 10 days to process. I highly recommend the watch, be careful about trading anything in.

Nothing like syncing all my Apple devices with an Apple Watch

I immediately returned this item because of the way I was profiled and mistreated by the manager. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and never been asked to provide my ssn in order to make a purchase. I explained that to him when the cashier would not let me leave the store even though she was provided with my Best Buy QR code and saw my app and verified my drivers license. Both of them kept claiming that a ssn was always requested and as you can see from my purchase history I have made ALOT OF PURCHASES over the years and was never asked to go that far to prove my identity. The manager was accusatory with an attitude and upset he was interrupted from his smoke break to have to help the cashier who said she was new and didn’t know why the watch was ringing up with the wrong price for $100 more than it was. That was why the manager was at the register. Up until he arrived everything was fine. After several times that I explained to him that I was not comfortable giving them my ssn and him insisting I was mistaken about it being a requirement and me explaining it was never required before, he finally admitted that it was new. He said it was for frauds and thieves that steal identity. And that I couldn’t leave the store with the watch until I gave them my ssn. I was humiliated, embarrassed, profiled and disrespected at that counter. They both looked at my drivers license and my online bank account and then proceeded to treat me like I was a thief. I gave my ssn with regret and told them best buy is the ones who have mishandled my account information in the past when some hacker or blip in the system allowed a fraud to access my acct and request a credit increase which alerted my credit online and sent me a hard inquiry denial letter. Your company could not explain the error that allowed that to happen and against my better judgment I did not escalate the issue further to find out if they blamed me or flagged my account after that. I have made purchases for my kids for contactless pickups and purchased in store many times and never had any kind of racist exchange like this. It was wrong.

Very easy to use and range away from phone doesnt seem to be minimal. Battery life is great, i dont have to charge it everyday like my old one!

I recently purchased an Apple Watch from Best Buy, and overall, it was a great experience. The watch itself is fantastic, but unfortunately, the strap that came with it was the wrong size. I ordered a medium/large, but received a small strap instead. Despite this issue, I was very impressed with the store's customer service and the overall shopping experience. I would definitely recommend shopping at Best Buy!

Love my new Apple Watch! I’m glad I got this one over the SE as the always on Display is important to me. Love the use with Apple fitness so I can track calories burned and heart rate. 5/5 stars. I also love the battery life!

I actually liked this watch. Was using SE before this and now it feels an upgrade like no other. I also got this watch at a very good price with the best buy price match feature, highly recommend buying devices from here.

This is my 2nd Apple Watch (originally an SE). This one is awesome! Charges so fast and the battery life is amazing. I could wear it for two days without needing to charge which is nice considering my old one would need to be charged at the end of the day.

I love the new features the series 9 provides. The ease of access really helps me when I’m busy and need to check my notifications on the go.
