    I bought an open box in “Excellent” condition and verified by Geek Squad but it is not even charging and booting up! Should be checked by Geeker Squad i think. I return it the next day. Waste of time and effort.

    I’m 54 with stage 4 colon cancer I live alone and my daughters and friends kept suggesting I get an Apple Watch because it has fall detection and several other heath benefits for someone in my situation. I am on a fixed income and barely get by so I had to save up for awhile to have the money. I finally was able to order the watch from Bestbuy and they shipped it to me and I received an empty box. The driver didn’t ring my doorbell ,didn’t ask for a signature or anything it was like he was trying to not be noticed but before he pulled away I had the box in my hands because I had been watching for them all day .I noticed immediately the box had been open and took pictures and weighed the box. It was clear that the watch was in the box when FedEx picked it up because of the weight difference from when it was scanned. I called Bestbuy and was told don’t worry sir we will send a replacement and it will be there on Monday. No worries, Monday comes and I recieve a letter stating that it was delayed and I will receive it by the 27 th. I have cancer treatment out of town so I went on line and discovered I could speed it up by paying 24.00 shipping so I did and was told recieve my watch today the 10th. Well the 10th I revived an email stating they would not replace my watch and I should work with local law enforcement! That may have been ok if I was told to do that 6 days prior when it happened but i was told they would replace it and I feel that they should require a signature on something that cost me 400 dollars that I really didn’t have to spend in the first place and then to top it all off they kick ya in the face when they charge shipping on something they never intended on shipping to you. So now I have spent 400 on an empty box and then paid 24.00 shipping on nothing being shipped. My question is how am I responsible for any of this when they choose the shipping company and then don’t require a signature! That’s like telling FedEx drivers or whoever hey take it, it’s fine don’t even worry we aren’t going to do anything to you ! So order if you want but just know if something happens Bestbuy doesn’t care they have their money and then some because you can pay shipping on the replacement they aren’t going to send you!

    Your manager is either extremely ignorant or is stealing or other nefarious activities - i purchased a black 45mm watch - the box contained a silver 41mm watch - she tried several times to convince me that this was my order. Hen she says that they cant find MY watch but i can order the same watch for $140 more. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Verbatium definition down to the very last letter. And your customer service is a joke

    I received this item yesterday as an open box excellent product to find out that it has been locked to the previous owner who hasnt removed it from their account. Not only that, but the watch face has a deep scratch you can dig your nail into. Upon trying an exchange at my local Best Buy, they weren’t able to grant it due to it being locked. I asked what was protocol to returns/trade-ins and they said that they usually make sure the watch is no longer bound to the persons account before accepting it, which has lead me to believe that this was done as an inside job by a best buy employee who just didn’t give a hoot (because the word I want to use is more vulgar than that) and did the transaction themselves. I repeat, do not buy OPEN BOX unless you can go to the store and see it yourself to save the hassle of the things I had to go through.

    Terrible customer service. I was sent the completely wrong watch. They will not let me swap it with another in store and had to mail back for return which I still have not received and it was mailed back December 27th. Last item that I will purchase from Best Buy.

    The watch is great. Best Buy, not so much. Ordered an Apple Watch on 1/18/2024 to be shipped to my home the next day. On 1/25/2024 the order was cancelled and I was supposed to receive a refund. Right after cancelling I purchased the same watch and picked it up from Best Buy one hour later. Today is 2/23/2024 and I have chatted with Best Buy three times since and still haven’t received a refund. The last I chatted, on 2/17/2024, Best Buy said if I don’t see the refund by 3/11/2024 then the problem would be with me and my credit card company. This is total bologna. When I purchased the watch the charge was on my credit card in minutes. Best Buy is the worst.

    Hate the auto dim light feature

    I did not like 9 watch. There is an auto dim feature that turns on and makes the light super dim/low. When there is no light it comes on and in the dark its way worse and no way to turn it off. I hated it so I returned it! I don’t want to struggle to see my watch in the dark bc the light is so low. Other than that, it’s really no different than the 7 that I had. It’s the same watch they keep making and maybe tweaking a few things on it, but nothing major. Do not waste your money.

    Terrible customer service. I ordered an Apple Watch and had it missing from the package when it arrived. I tried getting help from Best Buy and FedEx but they won’t help me resolve this robbery. They even accused me of fraud with no proper explanation and put me on a blacklist without me knowing, so now I can’t even shop at Best Buy anymore. I tried calling customer service for both and yet neither can help me for one reason or another. For anyone who orders from here, double check your packages, otherwise if you so much as look at it wrong, they’ll refuse to do anything to help and blame you for something out of your control.

    I’m sure the watch is fantastic. However, I ordered this on November 24 online. Within two days it stated it shipped. Two days later the shipping said delayed. To the date I have not yet received my watch. There’s no way on the app or online to cancel it. Going to the store was fruitless. Calling the 888 Best Buy number was the only way to get some response. And they said they would request a refund for me. Still waiting.

    Watch sent was under the expectation of an open-box excelent and over the chat they said it can be exchanged in the store if I find one on stock... Surprisingly the store wanted to charge me more for the same open-box excelent saying that's how the do exchanges... Basically it's a return and re-buy at the store price... So if you need to return just send it back don't bother to go to the store...

    Was scammed by best buy. Was supposed to be open box new excellent with all packaging but my watch came in a bubble wrap bag with a charger and that was it. contacted customer support and was told to return it. tried to leave a survey response once before and they won't publish it to protect their image.

    Item returned. Box was tampered with upon delivery. Box cut open as if someone looking to see what was inside. I do not recommend delivery of high priced items.
