    If I could give Best Buy ZERO stars I would. The watch band and charger arrived, but no actual watch. I called and the representative said they would make it right within 24 hours. Then we received an email basically saying Best Buy is taking no responsibility whatsoever and now we've paid over $400 for a charger and a band. Shocking. DON'T BUY FROM THEM ONLINE.

    It is now Sept 10th and I have NOT received my Apple Watch series 9. I ordered it August 18th with a delivery day of September 7th. It has not arrived. I was charged for this product even though Best Buy did NOT have it in stock. I am. very upset with the lack of service and product from Best Buy. At this point I do NOT recommend Best Buy.

    Watch was stolen in transit by Best Buy and/or FedEx. When this was reported I was told my reward certificate would be reinstated and it wasnt. Online and telephone customer support were not helpful and one agent in particular was rude and argumentative.

    I received a box but no Apple Watch. I did buy an open box item but that shouldn’t make a difference. The charger and band was there but the watch it had apparently been removed.

    Watch arrived while out of town, brought it into the store to be set up, and it was dead. It had been over 14 days since I purchased it, and I was told I had to go to the Apple Store to replace it. It didn't make any sense and was extremely inconvenient.
