I needed to watch that will take better heart rate measurements. The Garmin was all over the place. Other than battery life, the Apple Watch is so much better watch with a better display and connectivity.

It is so much more complete and if you are someone like me who loves outdoor adventures, this is the watch for you. Having the peace of mind knowing that is way more sturdy than the regular Apple Watch I feel confident taking it everywhere and not taking it off. Also, I have the Total Tech which I think its totally worth it as you get 2 yrs of apple care for FREE. 10/10 would recommend! I got my scuba diving license and that is mainly why I bought this watch, I am able to take it underwater and it will track all my activity, but what I love the most is the versatility as I also use it on a daily basis.

On top of that I go mountain hiking and swimming at the beach so I don’t ever have to take it off unless I charge or clean it.

Personally I needed a watch that is able to withstand water and so this watch was perfect for me. I really enjoy the sleek design and the overall feel of the watch. I also love it for its practicality and how I can take calls and do basically what I can do with my phone, without actually taking out my phone since there are moments I can’t use my phone (particularly during work).The only issue I have that made it become 4 stars rather than 5 is because I find texting really hard since I have bigger fingers, as well as the pinch function being slightly useless for me. I also tried it out once but didn’t work so I don’t use it. However, I will definitely be trying it out again to see if it becomes more useful to me.
