Good services. Very great solution to keep our product in good track.

As much as I like Apple some of their products fail over time. Unfortunately there is only one Apple that offers interconnectivity with all their devices. Don’t get caught without it.

I always buy Apple Care with any Apple device. The one year is not enough coverage for any device. I feel problems do arise after the first year. It’s a peace of mind to have the coverage. Covers hardware coverage, software support and you can call them . Plus Best Buy is your local Apple Store. Make sure your buy Apple Care plus. It covers your device longer.

Great value and good to have in case your Apple Tv happens to malfunction. Haven't had to use it yet(and hopefully won't) but atleast I know that my device is protected!

Having worked for Apple for five years I can confidently profess my support for AppleCare. I had no reservations about promoting it, when I worked for Apple Retail, because I very much believe in its utility and value. I know Mac’s and Apple mobile devices better than most, but I still encounter issues where a second and very expert opinion is a life (and sanity) saver. And in the rare case when an actual repair or replacement is necessary, there’s no substitute for the peace of mind you enjoy knowing your device is covered with something as comprehensive and easy to use as AppleCare.

I buy this for every device I get. It’s worth having the piece of mind that if I break something it’s covered. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Dont have to worry about spending huge amounts for replacement when i have the warranty. I rather have it then not need it than need it and not have it. A small price to pay for peace of mind. And knowing the repair will be with original factory parts or sometimes they even replace the whole unit with a brand new one. (already had it happen)

We always get even though we never need it. But it is great to have as a just in case to protect our investment!

I know at times apple care can seem pricy but got new I phone 13 it met with a bad case and fell into mower without any issues a brand new phone in 24 hrs

When I bought my my first Apple Device, I was briefed on how AppleCare+ can replace/repair any purchased Apple Product whether procured in a Apple Company Store or at a major retailer, i.e. Best Buy. I purchased an Apple TV Product several years ago and encountered product failure. Checking my original purchase receipt with Best Buy, I noticed that I had again purchased AppleCare coverage. Best Buy reviewed my original purchase receipt and did a counter exchange of the AppleTV product without any questions. I came home with a new AppleTV Product.

This basically takes care of the apple tv i bought, and ensures that if anything breaks, someone will fix it!

I get Apple Care on all my Apple products! Luckily, I’ve never had to use it because of the quality of Apple devices, but I’m glad they cover me, and now, with my yearly Totaltech membership, it’s automatically included!

One can never go wrong with adding Apple Care+ for an electronic product just in case something happens after a 6 mo or 1 yr warranty. Even though Apple products generally last well past heir warranty. Electronics products can have issues though, some quirky thing or defect that shows up. When I have needed to used an AppleCare+ for a product in the past the ease of use, hassle free and the service was excellent and timelyt

having apple care is a good precaution. it makes me feel safer because if something happens i know im covered.

So far, I haven't had to use it but I'm happy that it's there just the same. It gives me piece of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, I have Apple Support behind me.

Anyone buying an Apple products and not purchasing the AppleCare is crazy this is one of the best protection plan out

Haven’t had to use it yet, but I’m glad that I have it. AppleCare plans are always worth it.

I always get apple care to make sure my product is protected it’s a must you never know when you get a faulty device.You can chat with someone if you need tech help or go in store (apple store) which is great .The only negative the store will require a scheduled appointment which can leave you without a device for several days since replacing or repairs don’t go through Best Buy.
