we have not had to use apple care yet , but the 2yr warranty was worth the piece of mine. the cost is worth the coverage.

I have purchase apple care also for my mac and the customer service people are very nice to talk to and help walk you through the issue if you should have one. So far I have not needed to use this for my watch but I do know that they will help me if I need it.

I wouldn't recommend anyone ever get an apple product without apple care. That's like using a glass vase as a football and expecting it not to fall. Only wish is that I could bought one longer than 2 years! I would have purchased that in less than heartbeat.

This should be a no brainer for any Apple product now.. this is way better than any cellular carrier or credit card will offer you for protection of your Apple product.

Previously had apple care for my I watch Series 3 (first gen). After a year or so the GPS kept freezing up. Thanks to Apple Care I was able to get a replacement with no worries or hassle.

Great protection for the just in case. I never had a issue so didn’t have to use it but nice to have anyway. Used my AppleCare coverage on other products and always went smoothly.

We try to get AppleCare with all of our products. Best Buy, and the Apple store are amazing in terms of warranty and service. Also, the low deductable that you'd otherwise pay for twice over in the event of accidental damage is truly a blessing from above.

Salesman talked me into purchasing the Apple Care extended warranty which I thought was pricey. We have owned the watch for a couple of months and haven't had to use it. It is nice to have the peace of mind that it is covered if something would go wrong.

Don’t be stupid, just get it! It might just save you 1000s! Unless your iPad is not structured well and bends. They don’t cover that for some reason. It’s their bad design! Even had it in a case.

I like the insurance for Apple Watch but I wished there was a option like cell phones in case you loose it or stolen. They do not offer it with the watch. I have taken my watch off and forgot we’re I was and thought I lost it. I found it a week later. It Had somehow fell in my Sock drawer. I bought the insurance hoping if I had truly lost it, they would cover it after spending a lot of money on a small product that can easily be lost.

Gave an Apple watch to my 16 year old nephew This BB Apple care plan is a must have to safeguard this expensive gift purchase for an active teen. He loved the watch and I love the fact that he's got a great protection plan in case something happens.

I highly recommend an always get an Apple Care plan for all my Apple products. It’s a good peace of mind for an accident waiting to happen. Love dealing with Apple techs who are always there to help with patients for technical problems.

I always purchase apple care for any apple product. Anytime I have had any issue with my apple lap top, phone, I-pad the folks at apple have always been able to fix the issue and answer all my questions. Wouldn't think of not having it.

My 16 year old son researched reviewed and purchased the Apple Watch and case and just had to have the two year warranty as well — very happy with the coverage!

Purchased apple care plans for two apple watches. Good for peace of mind as these were Christmas presents. One of my kids did have to call up for service and the plan covered it.
