I have heard of too many horror stories from friends accidentally breaking the watches. A little insurance probably is not a bad idea for a watch.

If you plan on getting an Apple watch I'd definitely plan on getting some protection for it. They're not exactly the most durable watches out there.

you will need this for safeguard, just in case something happen to phish watch, be safe than sorry when you scratch the glass or anything else

My watch was having a hard time connecting to my phone, so I took it in for a look and they swapped it out immediately and got a great working watch.

I have not had to use it and will hopefully never have to use it. But when you spend that much on the watch it's worth it for the extra price of mind.

Apple care- well worth the $. I have used this on various Apple products and highly recommend it.

Bought the Apple care for my husband's Apple watch because who knows what could happen over the next 2 years...a cheap insurance policy in my opinion!

If you are going to spend as much as you are considering for a device, simply get the extra protection, and you can worry less. Common sense reallly.

I have yet to have to use the protection plan but I'm sure I will use it at some point. Have used it before with an older iPhone. Fast and easy system.

Apple care is great, loved to have protection. Just wish it offers longer coverage.

I decided I would get the AppleCare for the my new series 1. Hopefully I will never have to use it, but for only 49.99 it's worth having "insurance."

I like the peace of mind that having Apple Care brings. Plus, when calling them they are very easy to work with and they have great hold music.

Haven't had to use it, but the piece of mind knowing that I have Apple Care, make me stress free while swimming. ( no water damage )

When purchasing an Apple product! Always get this! You never know what could happen to your device.

I have't used this yet but I know having it for my MacBook pro was an excellent investment - just having the expert resources a call away is wonderful.

So far so good... haven’t needed to use it yet, but did call Apple and verity the information given to me by the associate. Worth the money!!

I didn't have to do this but based on what I read it covered the things that some people had that were not already part of the warrenty

Insurance is one of those things that you buy with the hope of never having to use. Protecting an investment. You can't put a price on peace of mind.

I did notice hat the Apple Watch scratches fast. So I'm glad I got the AppleCare though I haven't had to use it yet. You never know what can happen.

A must have for all Apple products unless you don't ever use them. I have it on my watch because I have a physical job and workout hard, it's a no brainer!
