Always love apple care it’s works wonders and easier to use at best buy

the choice between monthly payment versus an upfront payment for the 2 year plan depends on how long you plan to keep the equipment, primarily. If you trade your iPhone every year, buy the monthly plan. If you keep a phone for 5 or 6 years, the monthly plan would cover you after the "2 yr plan" had expired. Used to be, the monthly was the only one that was able to be renewed "forever", whereas your coverage for the lump sum was cheaper (by about 20%) but stopped at 2 years. However, for now and in the US (this seems to vary where you live) I see now that AppleCare+ can be renewed AFTER the 2 years is expended switching to the month to month plan then. So this changes my calculations, and I would NOT pick the monthly plan. Instead get the upfront 2 year lump sum, and then renew to monthly at the two year mark. This applies to iPhones and Macintosh computers, as well as HomePod, AppleTV, etc. I tend not to buy AppleCare for items that never leave home and cost less (the TV and HomePod), but the iPhone, AppleWatch, and costly repairs for a laptop have all saved me $$ in the past by having AppleCare. Even Apple refurbished products qualify!

Best way to move about my day without feeling like I have to protect my wrist from everything at all costs. I bought an Apple Watch and without this coverage? I would have too much anxiety to wear it! Frfr

I bought this just in case I had trouble with my watch. I had trouble with my watch right away and they replaced it. This is a cya that you may or may not end up needing. If you need it then it is great to have it.

This is my second Mac had to get an updated one nothing exceeds my expectations like this one.

I’ve used it twice since paying for it. Quick and easy process when an incident occurs and having that peace of mind is priceless. You pay so much to buy new, just keep your older devices doing their thing. It’s worth getting them repaired or replaced when broken instead of shelling out so much for a new one.

Worth the cost for piece of mind. I haven’t needed to use it, but knowing I have insurance is security.

I haven't had to use the actual warranty yet but the peace of mind is worth the small monthly cost.

If you don’t get a case for your watch this is needed at work so you won’t damage the screen
