    I haven't had to use Apple Care and my watch Series 6 is 10 months old. My watch is performing great and I am just glad I have the plan if I ever needed it.

    You need the Apple Care for the watch. I have had to use it because I am hard on watches replaced no questions asked.

    I would not buy an apple product without AppleCare. Unfortunately, Apple charges so much for any repairs, it's worth it to have a secure backup.

    Small price to pay for a nice safety net! Depending on your use, but as a daily used item worn and depending on work/life style, was an obvious choice!
