Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not so great, the item it was coving was an Apple Watch, after 6 months it failed, the problem I had was with the Geek Squad, they charged me another $69 dollars and told me that Apple would just send me a new Apple Watch in a few days, I got my original Apple Watch back, not anew one and was told there’s nothing wrong with the watch, and of course the same issue started back up within 3 hours of putting it back on my wrist, SOS/911 call for no apparent reason, Geek squad people told me I’d just have to deal with it or run down to the Apple right when it’s calling SOS/911, and yes they did refund my $69
