Love that I have AppleCare and can replace my watch. If something happens. My screen has been replaced twice just for a couple of scratches.

The best Apple Watch I have ever owned. A bit pricey, but worth every penny.

I would love to have reviewed this product that I bought online. BUT it was never delivered. Fedex "updated" the order status a week after a supposed delivery after I'd already contacted Best Buy and alerted them of the situation. When Fedex then updated the status a week after the supposed delivery the Best Buy team said they'd concluded their investigation and cancelled my replacement order. Their team then told me contact my local authorities...really? Horrible customer service. I even spoke with a team member in store who was very helpful, but told me he couldn't do anything but advised me to take photos of his computer screen at the store and my front door camera to prove Fedex never delivered anything at the time the tracking claims to have. That didn't help either. I'm now out the money and don't have the product. Last time I do business with this sinking ship.

Unfortunately the watch came without the charger included in the box which the description clearly states was included. I didn’t notice that until after I had completed the data transfer from my previous watch to this one. I figured no big deal, contact Best Buy and have them provide a charger. WRONG they want to whole thing shipped back and they will send me another one. What should have been a simple solution is not as I now need to wipe it, send it back, wait for another one to be sent, which will probably be missing a charger again. So if you are purchasing this, don’t fall for the Best Buy quality inspected seal, it’s nothing more than a piece of tape because obviously it wasn’t inspected at all. And don’t think the store will help you, they won’t. Manager on duty was a joke.

Do not order through BestBuy. They will ship through Fedex and drop off your order who knows where, no photo taken on delivery. Present for my child was not delivered and BestBuy kept investigating, and did not send replacement. Shop somewhere else, somewhere with more reliable delivery, and your kid's birthday will be a happy one, and stress free.
