Bought these headphones for my teenage daughter. She loves them and says that they are the best headphones she has had.

Customer service and conversation were great. Always friendly but in particular, and I didn’t get his name but would be willing to track him down to get it, but he was soothing and also being in sales he cross sold well and met a need of mine. Thankful for the experience!

It’s a great set of headphones. Nothing better than those brand. It’s a must house. It doesn’t hurt your ears and they’re very comfortable. All my kids have a great for all ages.

Having both Apple pro 2 and the Beats Pro 1 and 2, I find that these take the lead at battery life and sound. Not to mention they don’t fall of your ear. Yes you can get something for the Apple pro’s but these come with it. You can’t use the “find my” to find these but they give last address seen.

I was skeptical about using earbuds and especially Beats earbuds. This was the best purchase. The clarity of the music is unmatched. The noise canceling is extremely helpful on phone calls. I will definitely purchase again if or when needed for myself or as a gift.

I've been buying products from best buy for a while and i always get the longest warranty i can for anything i buy. I almost always end up needing it, be it from my own accidental damage or the product wearing down from heavy use. To be able to replace it with no fuss is the best.

Best thing to purchase for teenagers who love getting expensive items then weeks later breaking them.. That’s what made me buy coverage this time around he had his previous beats for a year then they broke no coverage so new ones it was

Headphones are great!! The noise cancel feature is the best and it does block the backgroubd. The sound is amazing and they are comfortable. For somw they maybe heavy or bulky but its worth it

Apple care is a necessity to cover your expensive products. It’s best to have it than to not have and you lose out on the benefits of having it. Things happen sometimes. I have had to use my apple care A few times. The first time I didn’t have apple care on my first air pods due to them messing up before hitting 1 year , I new then to cover myself going forward.
