My Best Buy store is the best. Everyone was helpful and help my son pick out what he needed. I got the coverage for big items he purchased, you never know with kids. My sales rep really knew what we were looking for and help with recommendations.

I got the apple care for my new Beats. I am hoping I never have to use it but talking to the Best Buy employee it seemed like a no brainer for the price.

Apple care is a necessity to cover your expensive products. It’s best to have it than to not have and you lose out on the benefits of having it. Things happen sometimes. I have had to use my apple care A few times. The first time I didn’t have apple care on my first air pods due to them messing up before hitting 1 year , I new then to cover myself going forward.

HAVENT HAD TO USE IT AS OF YET BUT ... THIS IS THE FIRST ITEM I PURCHASED THE APPLE CARE ON SO WE SHALL SEE HOW IT GOES... THE CONCEPT IS GREAT AND I HOPE THE PRODUCT LASTS BUT IF NOT, I'M COVERED!

AppleCare is great something worth having just in case you accidentally drop or lose

Honestly they are great with sound! Noise cancellation is amazing. It’s just not ideal with my ear piercings. I have problems and when wearing them for a while, they hurt my ears. They feel sore. Sound is great and color is cute! Just wish they didn’t feel off after a while.

I have utilized the AppleCare+ for the Beats headphones. I thought I could use this service at BestBuy, but had to go to the Apple Store for service. Other than this issue, I found the AppleCare+ service to be excellent. My issue was handled in less than an hour at the Apple Store.
